Investment Analyst (Global Private Debt)

The Global Private Debt Investments (“GPD”) team oversees a $40 billion portfolio of private debt investments on behalf of Great-West Lifeco. Focused on the Canadian, U.S., and European private placement markets, the team originates, structures, and underwrites more than $4 billion of investments annually across corporates, infrastructure and project finance, and structured finance transactions.

The Investment Analyst will primarily support the GPD team by producing annual credit reviews on the existing portfolio, assisting in executing new investments, and other assigned tasks. This role is well-suited for an early-career professional who combines strong analytical skills with a demonstrated interest in leveraging data, automation, and AI tools to improve decision-making, enhance efficiency, and solve complex business challenges.

The base salary for this position is between $57,100.00 - $85,600.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission, etc.).
