Group Disability Data Analytics Specialist

If you’re someone who often asks “why,” this role may be a great fit. The Disability Data & Analysis team is seeking a naturally curious and analytically driven individual who can navigate complex data and uncover meaningful insights.
As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will apply strong analytical, technical, and critical thinking skills to explore data, identify trends, and deliver insights that enhance decision-making and improve business performance.
You will play a key role in supporting operational and financial understanding through data. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will refine existing analyses and explore new methodologies to better support organizational leaders.

- Disability Analytics
- Insights and Storytelling
What you bring:
The base salary for this position is between $59,800 - $99,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission, etc.). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
