Partly Qualified Actuary – Dubai (Offshore Office)

Actuarial360 Solutions is a fast-growing boutique actuarial consulting firm that partners with leading insurers, reinsurers, and PE-backed firms across North America. We're known for bringing clarity, efficiency, and smart actuarial thinking to complex valuation and modeling problems.

We’re now opening our first offshore office in Dubai to expand capacity and scale with demand — and are looking for a motivated, partly qualified actuary to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Support valuation, reporting, and model development work (mostly U.S. Life/Annuity)
• Work directly with the founder and lead actuary on real client projects
• Perform data validation, assumption updates, and model runs using tools like Excel, VBA, Python, or Prophet
• Help document processes and improve internal workflows
• Receive mentorship and exposure to the consulting world

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate)
• Passed 2+ SOA/IFoA actuarial exams
• Strong Excel skills; VBA or Python a big plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Interest in U.S. insurance markets a bonus

Compensation

• AED 12,000 – 15,000/month depending on experience
• Mentorship + Opportunity to grow with a scaling firm
