Team members work closely with stakeholders across actuarial, underwriting, finance, risk, and business functions, providing valuable exposure to senior leadership and diverse career development opportunities across the organization.

About You

You bring deep P&C actuarial knowledge and the credibility to engage with and constructively challenge senior actuarial and business leaders. You are intellectually curious and interested in understanding issues beyond your immediate area of expertise.

You can quickly get to the heart of complex topics, translate technical concepts into clear business insights, and assess actuarial matters within a broad risk, governance, and business context.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in P&C insurance and/or reinsurance, with significant actuarial experience.

  • Understanding of risks and trends affecting the P&C (re)insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business functions.
  • Ability to assess actuarial topics within a broader risk management, governance, and business context.
  • Experience leading complex projects or workstreams and collaborating across functions.

Additional nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Knowledge of IFRS 17 and/or US GAAP governance, processes, and controls.
