Head of International Casualty Analytics, Commercial Risk

Join Aon’s Risk Capital Analytics leadership team and play an important role in shaping the future of our insurance and reinsurance analytical platforms. This role will be based in Singapore, with hybrid workstyle options.

What the day will look like

  • Leveraging your deep experience of industry tools and best practices, you’ll be responsible for creating and distributing International Casualty risk analytics to brokers, showing them how and training them to deliver tools and insights to our clients.
  • You’ll work with and provide direction to our analytics teams globally, to create and enhance our toolkits, calculators, and platforms to produce industry-leading insights.
  • You will liaise and interact with many of our clients to ensure you understand their needs and keep abreast of market developments.
  • We expect you to take part in marketing activities and campaigns, speak at conferences, and produce thought-leadership articles to promote Aon’s reputation for excellence in International Casualty Analytics.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Ability to drive a vision for International Casualty analytics that will allow us to adapt to the sophisticated needs of Aon clients.
  • Perceived as an expert in International Casualty analytics.
  • Significant experience in driving advanced International Casualty analytics capability within a brokerage or an insurance carrier.
  • Possesses a technical background; actuarial skills useful but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate sound business and financial acumen.
  • Strong industry networking skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills.
  • Strong team-working capabilities and ability to build a high-performance team.
