Associate Manager Business Analytics

The Associate Manager, Business Analytics plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision making across the Insurance Solutions team, which is responsible for the direction, delivery and performance of Canada Life’s individual insurance products.

This role supports strategic and operational priorities through business casing, analytics and reporting insights while continuously improving reporting capabilities to drive business impact.

The Associate Manager partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to define reporting needs, deliver dashboards and insights, and translate complex data into clear, executive-ready outputs.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London and Toronto.

The base salary for this position is between $75,500 - $125,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
