Actuarial Intern

Hi, we’re glad you’re here! We are hiring to our Aviva Services Excellence Centre!

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the cyclical actuarial reporting process (Solvency II, profitability of insurance products)
• Participating in the development of actuarial tools and models (including Tyche)
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of the insurance portfolio
• Improving and automating processes
• Preparing documentation related to actuarial processes

What are we looking for?

• A student or graduate in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, statistics, or quantitative methods in economics
• Intermediate level of English
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Programming skills (VBA, Python, R) are a plus
• Availability for 3-4 days per week
• Strong analytical skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm for work
• Strong communication skills
