What the day will look like
In this role, you will manage pivotal initiatives passionate about transforming the Operating Model across Aon. You will collaborate with senior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts to produce measurable business outcomes.
You will translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure successful implementation at scale.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with ABS leadership and senior collaborators to define vision, priorities, and roadmap for business model redesign, including benchmarks and value realization targets
- Leading end‑to‑end operating model design (capabilities, structures, governance, decision rights) and translating strategy into scalable, enterprise‑wide solutions
- Applying structured consulting methodologies (problem framing, analytical reasoning, benchmarking, arguments) to inform decision‑making
- Orchestrating implementation across multiple workstreams, including pilots, scaling, governance setup, and alignment with regional and business needs
- Building trusted relationships with executives, shaping the transformation narrative, and enabling effective governance, communication, and change adoption

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven experience (5+ years) in management consulting or internal consulting/strategy roles, with a strong track record of leading complex, multi‑workstream transformation programmes in global, matrixed organisations
- Deep expertise in operating model development, process re‑engineering, and organisational build, with the ability to connect strategy to execution
- Strong collaborator management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leadership and executive‑level audiences
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities, with confidence in working with data, financials, and performance metrics
- Strong communication skills and growth mindset, including capacity to employ digital tools (e.g. MS Office, project tools, emerging AI solutions) to improve impact and collaboration
