Description and Requirements

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Position:

· Able to understand the overall work from a broader business and fundamental perspective, not just from a process standpoint.

· Error free preparation of reports to required timescales and relevant corporate standards.

· Execution of first-line data validation and completeness checks to required audit standards.

· Actively contributing towards positive team engagement and participating in team huddles.

· Be curious about learning the process and overtime feel comfortable reaching out to ask questions.

· Ensuring excellent communication between Noida-based team and stakeholders based in different geographical locations.

· Taking demonstrable ownership of work; clearly flagging any issues.
