The Reinsurance Division of Great-West Lifeco participates in international reinsurance markets, providing reinsurance solutions to clients across the US, Europe, and Asia. We are among the top 10 life reinsurers in the United States by assumed business, and we continue to grow rapidly.

Joining our Reinsurance Risk Management team means stepping into a dynamic and evolving environment where your work directly supports strategic decision-making across the division. This role, reporting to the Director, Reinsurance Risk Management, offers deep exposure to our global business and a unique opportunity to influence how risks are understood, measured, and managed.

You will work closely with teams across the Reinsurance Division as well as partners in the Lifeco Enterprise Risk Function—making this a highly visible role with excellent opportunities for career development, cross-functional learning, and meaningful impact.

What you will bring

The base salary for this position is between $90,400.00 - $140,400.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission, etc.).
