The Manager Data Strategy & Enablement role will report to the Director, Strategic Data within Canada Finance. This role is a key contributor to advancing Canada Finance’s data and analytics objectives. It supports the delivery of projects by enabling trusted, high-quality data and insights that help partners make informed decisions.
The Manager Data Strategy & Enablement plays an important role in improving how we work through automation and simplification. This includes ensuring strong data integrity and controls, and partnering effectively across Business, Technology, and Data Governance to deliver results with excellence.
Through the use of modern data platforms, tools, and practices, this role helps make data more accessible, reliable, and actionable in support of Canada Finance priorities.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London or Toronto.
The base salary for this position is between $102,000 - $152,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission, etc.).
