Manager, FATCA/CRS Governance

Canada Life is seeking a Manager, FATCA/CRS to provide Canadian enterprise leadership and subject matter expertise for Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS) compliance across Canada Life and its subsidiaries.

The Product Tax team serves as the organizational lead for FATCA/CRS interpretation, guiding dissemination of legislation, shaping industry standards, and supporting a consistent, efficient compliance framework.

While day-to-day execution and risk ownership reside within the business units, this role ensures enterprise alignment with Canadian legislation, global standards, and evolving regulatory expectations.

The base salary for this position is between $102,000 - $152,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
