Reinsurance Solutions Analytics offers clients industry-leading Catastrophe Management, Impact Forecasting, Rating Agency Practice, Product Development and Research, Actuarial & ReMetrica support.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Assist onshore catastrophe management managers in assessing catastrophe risks, carrying out sensitivity studies, and providing technical leadership, structuring insight, quality governance, and added analytics to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide actuarial thought leadership across complex reinsurance structures (treaty and facultative).
• Review and challenge experience analyses, assumptions, scenarios, and pricing outputs.
• Partner with onshore actuarial and broking leadership on structuring and client discussions.
• Set technical standards, governance, and review frameworks across deliverables.
• Mentor and upskill actuarial and analytics talent in India.
• Act as a credibility anchor for global actuaries and stakeholders.

Experience & Profile:

• 15+ years of P&C actuarial or reinsurance pricing experience.
• Qualified or near-qualified actuary (ACAS/FCAS, FIA, or equivalent).
• Deep exposure to reinsurance structures (XoL, QS, aggregate, multi-year).
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to influence without line authority.
• Prior experience in global or broker-led environments strongly preferred.
