Reinsurance Solutions Analytics offers clients industry-leading Catastrophe Management, Impact Forecasting, Rating Agency Practice, Product Development and Research, Actuarial & ReMetrica support.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Assist onshore catastrophe management managers in assessing catastrophe risks, carrying out sensitivity studies, and providing added analytics to clients.

Delivery ownership, advanced analytics, and rapid scale-up into an Aon standard bearer.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end renewal analytics, experience studies, and scenario modeling.
• Support structuring discussions through sensitivity analysis and pricing insights.
• Translate model output into clear implications and trade-offs for onshore teams.
• Lead smaller workstreams or accounts with increasing autonomy.
• Contribute to automation, modeling libraries, and repeatable analytics frameworks.
• Grow into a people or project leadership role over time.

Experience & Profile:

• 7-10 years of P&C pricing or reinsurance actuarial experience.
• Strong technical capability in R / Python (hands-on requirement).
• Exposure to reinsurance pricing, portfolio analytics, or broker environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and deliver with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across global time zones.
