Senior IT Business Systems Analyst

Canada Life is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support actuarial applications and reporting platforms within the Corporate Actuarial Technology portfolio. This role reports directly to the Director, Technical Solutions, providing the opportunity for strong visibility and meaningful impact within a highly specialized domain.

The IT BSA will work closely with actuarial partners, SAP delivery teams, and technical leads to support application stability, enhance reporting capabilities, and contribute to SAP HANA, XSA, Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions.

This is a hands-on analysis and support role focused on requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, data validation, and coordinating delivery efforts across global teams.

The base salary for this position is between $80,400 - $130,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission, etc.).
