Actuarial Intern

Description

As an actuarial intern, you will work on the delivery of a variety of insurance or actuarial consulting projects to support our life and general insurance clients.

You will be responsible for data preparation as well as producing and analysing the initial results. You will work closely with consultants and project managers across the region.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing a Bachelor/Master Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or any other related quantitative fields, or pursuing actuarial exams from recognised International Actuarial Bodies
• Prior actuarial/internship experience is not required.
• Basic understanding of life/general insurance or reinsurance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to commit at least 24 to 32 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
• Strong proficiency in both Thai and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner who has a strong willingness to learn and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
