These offerings include end-to-end solutions to benefits management, alignment of benefit plans with corporate strategy and policies, considerable purchasing leverage, and a systematic and structured approach.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
Assist consultants and other stakeholders for Canada Health and Benefits domain, delivering RFP/Renewal reports to the clients.
Work on the internal client database tool to update policy information related to Canada health and benefit plans.
Provide clients with market insights and a measure of how their benefit programs compare to the competition.
Deliver reports based on various parameters such as premium, claims, and loss ratios.
The process involves analysis of healthcare products information provided by vendors and onshore consultants pertaining to premium, claims, and plan attributes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The colleague provides high-quality administration support for internal and external clients by:
- Operating as part of a team under the supervision of Sr. Analysts/Ops Manager.
- Executing projects in line with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards while ensuring high levels of internal and external client satisfaction.
- Reviewing plan and proposal documents to create plan designs in the Greater Insight System.
- Ensuring timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
- Executing issue/query resolution and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Identifying, sharing, and supporting operational improvements.
- Collaborating with peers at Aon to understand methodologies and follow the process.
- Enhancing technical skills and personal effectiveness through training and education.
- Bridging the communication gap between onshore consultants and insurance vendors.
- Managing client/shared mailboxes.
SKILLS:
- Full-Time Graduates Preferably (BBA, BBE, B. Com, B. Com (H), Economics (H), B.Sc. (Maths/Statistics), B.A. (Maths/Statistics/Economics) - No Technical Graduates (B.E/B. Tech) and Regular Postgraduates.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including Excel formulas/functions, pivot tables, and mail merge functionality.
- Intermediate level knowledge of VBA Macros/SQL/Python is preferred for process automation.
- Well-versed with basic tool functionalities for creating, editing, and formatting PowerPoint presentations.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and good analytical skills.
- Business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent in English.
- Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, and have a collaborative approach with colleagues.
- Self-driven with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
