Financial Wellbeing Coach

Aon is currently recruiting a Financial Coach to join our DC and Financial Wellbeing team. You will be responsible for delivering a range of pension and financial education presentations and one-to-one guidance to Aon clients’ employees. The role includes developing exciting new presentation material based on behaviors and broader wellbeing, and presenting to multi-country audiences for our multinational clients.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our UK offices.

What the day will look like

As a Financial Coach, some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Development of behavioral-based education across financial and broader wellbeing for global clients.
  • Delivery of high-quality and engaging employee presentations.
  • Supporting multinational clients in designing and building their financial education programs using Aon’s content.
  • Input into the future strategy of Aon’s financial wellbeing and broader wellbeing proposition.
  • Developing new fee revenue from existing clients for presentation and one-to-one activity.
  • Customer satisfaction target measured by feedback from sessions and employer feedback.

You will support shaping the financial wellbeing proposition to ensure it is truly market-leading. You will be driving forward and influencing the future direction of this evolving and valuable area of the business.

Using your varied skills and experiences, you will develop exciting new behavioral-based presentation material for multi-country audiences, making a real impact for individuals.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

As a Financial Coach, you will have a passion for delivering engaging member presentations and receiving excellent feedback. You will understand the power of face-to-face communication.

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Confident and engaging presenter.
  • Passion for helping people.
  • Financial wellbeing experience and broader health and benefits knowledge desirable.
  • Language skills desirable.
  • Experience in delivering financial wellbeing support to multinational clients, particularly in the Middle East, North Africa, and Sub-Continent.
