About the role:

• Deliver actuarial elements of the Group’s SII financial reporting requirements
• Deputize for the Head of Capital Reporting day to day & at internal and external forums
• Support the development for future regulatory change and responses to requests from UK regulators and other third parties

Responsibilities:

• Deliver actuarial information for internal and external reporting of SII
• Support development for future regulatory change and responses to requests from UK regulators and other third parties
• Develop and maintain Group-wide methodology for actuarial systems
• Support CFO, Director of Actuarial, and Head of Capital Reporting and Analysis
• Ensure timely testing of tools developed by Actuarial Systems team
• Support development and improvement of reporting processes
• Support Group projects, providing actuarial expertise
• Maintain operation of a robust control framework for production of results

About You:

• Detailed knowledge of insurance products and markets
• Experience leading an actuarial reporting function in an insurance company
• Proven track record in decision-making
• Strong communication skills
