Manager Supervisory Affairs

Permanent Full Time

The Manager, Supervisory Affairs is responsible for managing regulatory interactions with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI). This includes ensuring timely and accurate submissions and supporting senior leadership in regulatory engagements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

As part of the Supervisory Affairs team, the Manager acts as a key liaison between the company and OSFI, helping to maintain a collaborative and compliant relationship with the regulator.

This position ensures timely and accurate regulatory submissions and maintains high standards of compliance and collaboration across internal teams.

Required Capabilities:

The base salary for this position is between $76,400 - $141,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission, etc.).
