Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Risk Management team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a permanent basis commencing at the earliest possible date as a Actuarial Analyst/Mathematician (Life and Health Reinsurance).

You can look forward to:

• You take on actuarial tasks relating to Solvency II.
• Maintaining, updating, validating and refining the internal model
• Regular validation of technical reserves
• Compiling risk reporting and creating stress tests
• Analysing special reinsurance treaties or portfolios for life and health reinsurance
• Regular analysis of the data that we use
• Contributing to various projects

You come equipped with:

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a comparable academic discipline
• Basic understanding in the application of Solvency II
• Interest in training as a certified actuary (DAV)
• Independent user skills in German (level B2) and proficient user skills in English (level C1)
• Willingness to go on occasional worldwide business trips
• Enjoy interdisciplinary and international collaboration with Hannover Re colleagues
• Teamwork and communication skills
