Actuarial Manager (Global Longevity)

Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Life and Health - Analytics and Longevity team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a permanent basis, part-time is possible (at least 30 HPW), commencing as soon as possible as a General Manager (Global Longevity).

You can look forward to

  • Marketing innovative product ideas and establishing reinsurance solutions
  • Developing and realising strategies for global longevity business
  • Further refinement and management of marketing and sales strategies for the markets in the scope of responsibility
  • Managing projects for the assumption of longevity risks
  • ILS structures for longevity business
  • Customer and contract support, developing pricing assumptions and actuarial modelling
  • Leading and further developing an international team

You come equipped with

  • Degree in (business) mathematics, physics or comparable field
  • Completed training as an actuary
  • At least 5 years of (re)insurance industry experience in the international longevity market (pensions and individual annuities)
  • Initial experience with disciplinary leadership of a team
  • Experience giving talks and presentations
  • Willingness to travel regularly on business in Germany and internationally
  • Proficient user skills in German and English (level C1 / C2) and preferably independent user skills in Spanish (level B2)
