Consulting Actuary

Your role

Primarily you will be managing accounting coordination projects for multinational companies. This includes setting up the process, defining timeline and scope, initializing Risk Analyzer (reporting tool), sending instructions, and providing guidance to the client during the assumption setting process.

You will review the local actuaries’ results, report the coordinated results, provide guidance on benefits and interpretations of the statement, and have discussions with the auditor.

You will assist with the sales and execution of governance solutions to clients, which may include de-risking projects, defined contribution governance and adequacy, expat support, and due diligence work.

You will work together with a team of international and local consultants.

Profile

• You have a master’s degree in mathematics, science, or economics, ideally specialized in actuarial sciences.
• You have demonstrated experience with running and reviewing actuarial accounting valuations.
• You have experience with project management.
• You work independently, possess a good team spirit, and enjoy working in an international context.
• You have an independent knowledge level of English. Any other language you master is a bonus.
• You are an experienced user of MS Office, with a good knowledge of Excel being a must.
