This role has arisen due to planned growth of our BPA Pricing team and provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on the BPA market while supporting our continued success. About the Role:
- Lead and manage actuarial projects related to Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA).
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for BPA deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expert actuarial advice and insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
About You:
- Qualified Actuary with relevant experience in BPA or pensions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of managing complex actuarial projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Passionate about making a positive impact in the financial services industry.
