Senior Actuarial Analyst
Description
Actuarial analysts develop financial projections, cost-benefit analysis, and insurance plan validation using statistical, modeling, and risk management strategies. The position is part of the North America Financial Actuarial Analysis (NA FAA) team, which provides risk assessment to companies located in the United States. They use analytical and research skills to identify the types of adverse situations to which a company is exposed. This includes assessing the possibility of these situations occurring, as well as the associated financial value.
The role:
- Perform technical reviews by conducting and reviewing mathematical models and/or actuarial analysis.
- Ensure that the service is reliable in accordance with quality standards, serving as a Peer Secondary Technical Reviewer.
- Demonstrate understanding of the FAA service catalogue and knowledge in all aspects of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, financial concepts, and H&B tools.
- Assertive stakeholder interaction.
- Communication and close collaboration with international teams.

- Exceptional quality service delivery within the agreed time per service.

Qualifications
