This role will focus on leveraging large, complex data sets to deliver innovative and impactful solutions in support of drug pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive product management experience, and a proven track record of working with large-scale data systems.What you will do<ul><li>Implements organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the field.</li><li>Delivers forecasts and recommendations on matters impacting financial results in collaboration with finance and business partners.</li><li>Controls all systems to facilitate the regulatory process, responds to internal and external auditors, and approves certifications of compliance.</li><li>Communicates strategically across the organization to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, laws, and standards.</li><li>Controls resources for managing cost to implement, evaluate, and prioritize changes to process, tools, and systems.</li><li>Designs technical solutions for actuarial issues and concerns.</li><li>Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data-driven products or tools.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Actuary preferred.</li><li>PBM Experience.</li><li>Proven experience managing large data sets and working with data teams (e.g., data scientists, analysts, engineers).</li><li>Strong leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>In-depth understanding of drug pricing, healthcare markets, or life sciences is strongly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) and familiarity with machine learning concepts.</li><li>Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in data science, business, computer science, or related field or relevant work experience.</li><li>Advanced degree preferred.</li></ul>Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
