Whether you're just starting your career or bring years of experience, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the life and non-life insurance sectors.Our team supports clients on complex and high-impact assignments including pricing, reserving, product development, financial and regulatory reporting, M&A, and risk modeling. You’ll collaborate with professionals from across WTW, gaining exposure to regional and international engagements.Depending on your experience level, you will:<ul><li>Work with a variety of local and international clients across life and non-life insurance.</li><li>Work as part of a collaborative team across disciplines and geographies.</li><li>Analyze and prepare data, build models, and interpret results to deliver clear insights.</li><li>Apply actuarial concepts and advanced modelling techniques.</li><li>Develop technical skills in actuarial tools and methodologies.</li><li>Build relationships with clients and support business development activities.</li></ul>QualificationsThe RequirementsWe seek driven individuals with solid numerical skills and a knack for problem-solving. Here’s what we value:<ul><li>Education: A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance, or related field is preferred.</li><li>Other qualification: Progress in actuarial exams or full qualification for senior roles.</li><li>Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Technical competencies: Strong Excel skills are essential, and experience with R, SQL, PowerShell or Python is a significant advantage.
