<div>About the roleMunich Re Life US is seeking an Actuary for our Financial Reinsurance team in New York City.  This role’s mission is to provide support for financial reinsurance transactions. Support includes, but is not limited to: marketing, developing, structuring, executing and post –close deal maintenance of financial reinsurance transactions.<ul><li>Organize, evaluate and analyze data provided for transactions. This will require working with more senior actuaries.</li><li>Develop deal models and pro-forma financial statement models specific to deals with little supervision.</li><li>Assist with creation of marketing materials, proposals, and internal approval memos. This will be a team effort but the individual is expected to compile various inputs for different stakeholders and use his/her own discretion in developing work product.</li><li>Participate in pricing and structuring discussions internally as well with clients.</li><li>Review of legal documents under the guidance of external and internal counsel.
