About the role
At this role you will be encouraging and supporting an international team through various cycles of intensity is one of your main features. You will have the opportunities to show your strengths by participating in various cross-functional projects where pragmatism, P/L mentality and innovation will be important assets.
Key responsibilities:
- Through your analysis on client accounting figures, you will seek opportunities for increasing profitability, higher efficiency, and client value in the relevant portfolio.
- You will be acting as a representative towards internal and external partners by providing strategic advice, constructive feedback, and proficient analysis. This occurs in collaboration with the offshore processing hubs and the internal cross-functional teams.
About you
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a high appetite for learning new things and a keen eye for details. You will bring not just your academic achievements, but also a mindset geared towards innovation and collaborative excellence.
You describe yourself as an excellent teammate with an entrepreneurial and self-motivated mentality that brings a positive demeanor and good sense of humor into our dynamic and international environment. With your sensitivity to cultural differences and strong communication and interpersonal skills you constructively challenge the status quo and are strong, pragmatic, and creative in problem-solving.
Essentials:
- Relevant university degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar and/or you are pursuing an actuarial qualification (e.g. SAV, CAS, FIA etc).
- You are proficient in written and spoken English, knowledge of any other European language is an asset
- Advanced IT skills, including familiarity with Excel VBA, SQL. R and/or Python is a must.

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1800 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
