About the Role
You will work closely with the In Force Solutions Managers in growing and developing our portfolio of in force solutions along with diverse cross-functional teams with a range of expertise (behavioral economics, data science, sales, pricing, valuation, etc.) to deliver in force solutions in the US & Canada.
The team works across three main pillars of activity β develop, originate, and deliver β across which you'll have the opportunity to leverage your strengths and develop new skills.

We defend our market leading position on our current solutions (Post Level Term Management, Principle-Based Reserving Experience Sharing, Perm Solutions) and are eager to develop new solutions to achieve ambitious goals.
About You:
For Armonk, NY, the estimated base salary range for this position is $79,000 to $144,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
