Actuary (Digital Insurance Solutions)
If you want to experience how things are done in the Worldwide Digital Business Accelerator team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a permanent, full-time basis commencing at the earliest possible date as a Actuary for Digital Insurance Solutions.
Your Tasks
- Identify and serve new digital insurance partners with state-of-the-art reinsurance solutions
- Evaluating risks in light of actuarial/mathematical considerations
- Performing comprehensive price and margin calculations, including assessing offers and developing solutions
- Participation in setting up a competence centre for digital (re)insurance solutions
- Observation of InsurTech activities in Property & Casualty
- Presenting concepts in the context of workshops with customers or as a speaker at events
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of insurance experience, preferably at a primary insurance
- In-depth market and product knowledge around Property & Casualty (re)insurance
- Degree in actuarial science or a comparable field of study
- Interested in new insurance solutions and technologies
- Proficient user skills in English (at least level C1)
- Willingness to travel worldwide, approximately three to four times a year for an average of one week each time
