Pricing & Product Actuary
Responsibilities
Data analytics and services
Enhance the strategy for SCOR’s data analytic services in the Nordics.
Conduct experience studies in collaboration with our Data analytical services team.
Develop the scope and depth of SCOR’s data analytical client services.
Pricing
Prepare and evaluate reinsurance offerings and actuarial pricings in a timely, reliable and consistent way.
Support the development of pricing methods, tools and local guidelines incl. actuarial base assumptions.
Product development
Prepare actuarial calculation bases for customer products.
Product development for customer acquisition.
Marketing and communication
Actively contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing.
Experience:
Multi-year specific work experience in (re)insurance with a focus on mathematical/statistical and actuarial issues, ideally with data analytical expertise
Comprehensive knowledge in insurance mathematics
Good knowledge of the protection and pension product landscape of the Nordic life insurance market.

Digital Competencies:
Advanced IT skills of standard software (MS Office)
Advanced coding/ programming skills (e.g., R, Python)
Data analytical experience (e.g., portfolio studies, GLM, machine learning)
Agile project management
Required Education
University degree/ Master degree in Mathematics or Economics with the main focus on Mathematics and statistical skills
Preferably membership in actuarial association/qualified as an actuary or equivalency from a recognized organization
